Just re-downloaded to test, works fine for me. Just to be sure, are you using the model in the RahiTuber program or something different like pngtuber+? It likely won't work in other programs.
If that isn't the issue, ensure you've extracted both the "LostTheCat-Portable" image folder and "LostTheCat-Portable.xml" file to the RahiTuber folder on your computer and try opening the .xml in RahiTuber.
The last thing I can think of is the fact that I made the model with the application full-screen on a 1440p monitor, and if your monitor or application window is a different size you may need to make some adjustments to the Canvas Settings if for some reason the model is off-screen by default.
If that's the case, the only thing I can think of is that the folder holding the images and the .xml file are in different places so they can't find each other. If those two files are in the same folder, then I genuinely don't know what the issue is. My apologies
